DIET 6380 Dietetic Capstone

This course will focus on the management and design of scientific research. Students will build off learnings from DIET 6310 where topics were chosen, scientifically reviewed and explored. They will develop a research question and then build and submit a complete research proposal as well as learn about project implementation, project reporting, research communication and ethics in research. Additionally, toward the end of the course, students will participate in review for their RDN examination.
