EDUC 6324 Residency II
This is the second of two courses designed for students seeking teacher certification in the MAT program under the residency model. Residents will be placed in a state-accredited public school all day under the guidance of an experienced classroom teacher (mentor) and a university supervisor for two semesters. The focus will be on the integration of pedagogical-content knowledge, development of critical reflection, professional boundaries, and well-informed decision-making for the improvement of professional practice with an emphasis on the implementation of effective instruction, assessment, technology integration, and classroom management.

EDUC 6323 AND Admission to the Teaching (MAT) program AND Admission to the College of Education Clinical Residency Program
