EDUC 6326 Internship II

This is the second of two courses designed for students who are currently working as teacher of record in public schools while earning their teaching certification in the MAT program. Interns will be working in an accredited public school all day with the support of an experienced classroom teacher (mentor) and a university supervisor for two semesters. The focus will be on the integration of pedagogical-content knowledge, development of critical reflection, professional boundaries, and well-informed decision-making for the improvement of professional practice with an emphasis on effective instruction, assessment, technology integration, and classroom management.

EDUC 6325 AND Admission to the Teaching (MAT) program AND Admission to the College of Education Clinical Internship Program AND a valid intern certificate.
