ECED 4312 Administration of Child Development Centers

This course aligns with NAEYC's Code of Ethical Conduct for Administrators and Program Administrators Competencies. Study topics will include leadership and management, program marketing, professional ethics, fiscal, personnel and facilities management, and law and licensing regulations. Prospective and in-service program owners/administrators will learn to plan for, implement, manage, market, and evaluate programs serving all young children from 0 to 5.
