PHIL 3317 Perspectives on Science and Mathematics

This course examines a selection of notable episodes and topics in the history and philosophy of science and mathematics. This inter-disciplinary course engages STEM, education, history, and natural philosophy. In addition to providing an overview of the history and philosophy of science and mathematics, this course requires students to produce a formal research project and a 5E STEM lesson plan which integrates the history or philosophy of science or mathematics. This is a required UTeach content course.
