PHIL 2326 Ethics, Technology and Society
This course examines moral theories, ethical principles, and professional codes as they apply to contemporary issues in technology and society, such as artificial intelligence, data privacy, cybersecurity, social media, automation, and environmental sustainability. Emphasis is placed on ethical decision-making, professional responsibility, and safety culture in computing and engineering contexts. Students analyze real-world cases to develop informed judgments about the global and social impact of technological innovation.
