SURG 9515 Away Rotation: Surgery
The Surgery Away Rotation is designed to accommodate the diverse educational needs of medical students by providing an opportunity for students to further develop their medical knowledge, skills and attitudes, gain exposure to a new educational experience and explore residency opportunities. Surgery Away Rotations take place at a non-UTRGV affiliated clinical site and is sponsored by another approved medical school or other approved entity.
Prerequisite: Successful Completion of all SOM requirements for promotion to Year 4.
