KINE 3358 Sports Nutrition

This course helps students to develop a comprehensive understanding of the role nutrients play in athletic training, exercise/recovery and performance. Examined components will emphasize micronutrients (vitamin/mineral) and water as related to wellness, physical fitness and sports performance. Students learn optimum nutrition requirements for various sports.
