KINE 3366 Applied Strength and Conditioning

This course is designed for Kinesiology students going into the coaching or physical education field. Concepts in the conditioning of muscular strength, endurance, and power are taught to young athletes. Resources for developing a strength and conditioning program, design, and periodization concepts, for athletic performance will be addressed.
