EDUL 6302 Effective Instructional Leadership

This course prepares principal-candidate students to excel in instructional leadership by guiding them in the effective supervision of instructional delivery, assessment methods, and differentiated instruction for diverse learners. Emphasizing the principal’s role in fostering equitable and inclusive learning environments, students will explore strategies for supporting the needs of diverse learners and impactful teaching and learning processes. Students will conduct an analysis of instructional practices, assessment data, and evidence-based leadership strategies, candidates will develop the skills necessary to enhance classroom teaching, improve student learning outcomes, and drive continuous school improvement.
