EDUL 6303 Strategic Development of Human Resources
This course prepares future school leaders to strategically hire, develop, and retain high-quality faculty and staff while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Students will explore evidence-based hiring and retention strategies, data-driven performance evaluations, and targeted coaching to support faculty growth. Emphasizing collaboration, the course examines how to implement professional learning communities and create leadership opportunities that empower educators. Additionally, students will learn systematic evaluation and supervision methods using multiple data sources to assess effectiveness, drive instructional improvement, and enhance performance management. By integrating these strategies, school leaders will be equipped to build and sustain a high-performing faculty that improves student outcomes.
