EDUL 6304 Leadership Operations and Ethics

This course, designed for aspiring Texas principals in Educational Leadership, explores executive leadership, strategic resource management, and ethical practices aligned with Texas Principal Standards and the TExES Principal (268) exam domains. Students will develop advanced skills in effective communication, partnerships, data-driven problem-solving, school safety, ethical decision-making based on the Texas Educator Code of Ethics, and Diversity through a combination of theoretical frameworks, practical case studies, projects utilization, and ethical decision-making based on the Texas Educator Code of Ethics.
