EDUL 6306 Cultivating School Culture & Continuous Improvement

This course examines the essential role of school culture in shaping student achievement, teacher efficacy, and community engagement. Participants will explore strategies to develop and sustain a positive school culture, including creating a shared vision, fostering a safe and inclusive environment, promoting high expectations, and engaging stakeholders. The course emphasizes family and community engagement, equipping leaders to support student learning and the well-being of staff and students. Students will develop the skills necessary to cultivate a thriving school community that supports the academic and social-emotional success of all learners.
