INHS 3310 Healthcare Administration, Methods, and Techniques

Introduction of future healthcare administrators to the full scope of their responsibilities. This course gives a comprehensive education on the healthcare industry and equips the students with the necessary critical thinking and analytical skills on topics such as financing and budgeting, compliance, auditing, quality assessment and control, risk assessment, crisis management, performance improvement, legal and ethical concerns, and human resource management.
