INHS 3325 Healthcare Leadership Structure and Professionalism
This course will provide a comprehensive overview of healthcare leadership structure in healthcare systems in the US. This course covers concepts and methodologies on how professionalism makes a whole new way of leadership to develop robust and long-lasting high-quality patient care delivery systems. The course offers core concepts of leadership, leadership styles, and how to implement some of the most common methods of solid leadership in US Healthcare today.
