CIVE 4358 Road Geometric & Pavement Design

This course explores both theoretical and practical aspects of road geometric and pavement design. It covers advanced principles in the design of streets and highways, including vertical and horizontal alignments, intersections, interchanges, and cross-sectional elements. Students will also examine earthwork volume calculations, pavement layer material characterization, and gain an introduction to pavement maintenance management systems.
