MSEN 8305 Materials for Sustainable Energy

Principles and applications of sustainable energy materials for energy generation, conversion, and storage. This course includes principles (thermodynamics, kinetics, transport phenomena, equivalent circuits, catalysis, and electrochemistry), selection and performance criteria for applications including batteries, supercapacitors, fuel cells, thermoelectric, electrolyzers, dielectrics, biomass, piezoelectric devices, and electrical vehicles.
