MATH 8330 Linear Algebra

This course will rigorously develop key aspects of linear and abstract algebra and their applications. Topics will include groups, rings, fields, modules, vector spaces, mappings, tensors, spectral theory, matrix canonical forms, unitary and Hermitian matrices, matrix decompositions, perturbation of eigenvalues, fast Fourier transform, as wells as other applications.
