INFS 3390 Management Information Systems

This course is a study of the use of current information technology in strategic decision-making and operations of modern organizations, both public and private. The course examines how organizations plan, develop, implement, and maintain information systems to take advantage of recent technological advances in information technology.

Prerequisite

Advanced standing or permission of the instructor. All students pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration, Bachelor of Arts in Economics, or Bachelor of Science in Materials Management and Logistics from VCoBE, must apply for and be admitted to VCoBE before they are allowed to enroll in the Advanced Business Core and Major coursework for their degree.
