The course introduces students to the concepts of psychopathology and to major diagnostic categories of the current DSM. Emphasis is placed on differential diagnosis and understanding of biological, psychological, and environmental factors impacting mental disorders. School counseling specialization students will need to complete the Dyslexia Training modules with an 80% or higher.
