SOCW 3314 Connecting Social Work Practice through Policy Change
This class will examine how social work directly and indirectly affects social policy at different levels. This course will include social work policy at the agency, community, local, state, federal and global levels. It will examine the social worker's professional obligation to develop, influence, advocate, evaluate, and modify policies in their sphere of influence at all systemic levels.
Prerequisite
SOCW 2362 and admission into the School of Social Work.
