DIET 6311 Scientific Analysis in Nutrition Practice

This course will provide a foundation in scientific inquiry and research literacy for accessing and evaluating on-line and electronic databases. This includes development of scientifically sound literature search strategies, use of critical thinking and interpretative skills to critique published research, and use of the Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics evidence analysis library.
