DIET 6360 Global and Public Health Nutrition

This course will address current and emerging issues in global and public health nutrition, populations of diverse culture and nutrition policy. Students learn to recognize how determinants of health, health disparities, availability of resources, and accessibility influence the nutritional status of communities and state, country and regional programs. Program planning and population need assessments will be addressed.
