DIET 6521 Supervised Experiential Learning II

This supervised practicum will focus on identifying major problems (need assessment) arising from food habits of the population including the study of the Mexican American culture.  Students will observe and provide effective group teaching while promoting healthy lifestyles and disease prevention. In addition, students will participate in a variety of local community facilities to demonstrate these skills.
