DIET 6511 Supervised Experiential Learning I

This supervised practicum focuses on the student demonstrating and developing skills related to principles and methods of buying, preparing and serving foods for various types of quantity food facilities while promoting healthy lifestyles and preventing diseases.  Demonstrating and developing skills to manage food systems and basic operational subsystems are additionally emphasized.
