PHTH 8341 Pathophysiology

This course provides an in-depth study of human pathological processes at the cell, tissue, organ, and system level. In the process, students will learn about the histological, anatomical, and physiological changes that occur during various disease states and disorders. The course also covers specific concepts of cell and tissue injury and disease, including tissue inflammation and repair, infection, degenerative processes, and changes related to processes of aging.
