HGEN 8355 Advanced Topics in Omics Research
This course will focus on recent developments in omics. Topics covered will include transcriptomics, epigenomics, metabolomics, proteomics, microbiomics, genomics (including genome sequencing), and exposomics. Students will gain insight into the different technologies available, the generation of omics data, and methods for the analysis of multi-omic data. May be repeated for credit when the topic varies.
