SOCW 6369 Global Leadership for Social and Organizational Change

This course prepares students for global citizenship and leadership in action through personal transformation, advocacy, and social change using a human rights framework grounded in a value for diversity. Students will understand what it means to have a global perspective while developing ethical leadership skills for navigating macro systems leading towards sustainable change. Students will foster skills in administration, supervision, professionalism, advocacy, management, and cross-cultural conflict resolution.
